Set an availability goal

Go to Settings > Goals.

The desktop app's left-hand menu with Settings expanded and Goals highlighted, between Alerts and Production.

On the Availability tab, the table lists every machine with its Current goal (Not set if it has none). Click Create, or click the edit (pencil) icon of a machine in the Actions column.

The Goals page on the Availability tab, with the Create button above a table of machines with the columns Machine Name, Current goal and Actions. Most machines show 65% and some show Not set; each row has a pencil icon under Actions.

In the Create goal dialog, choose the machines in Machines (the pencil icon fills in that machine for you; use Select All to pick every machine), enter the availability goal in Goal value (%) and click Save.

The Create goal dialog, with one machine selected in Machines, the Goal value (%) field reading Enter the goal value, and the Cancel and Save buttons.

Analytics

You can also look at your machines' availability against their goal in Analytics:

  • Under Dashboards, open Availability with Goals.
  • Under Other graphics, the Availability category includes two charts with goals: Machine Availability (%) with Goals and Availability (%) with Goals.
The Other graphics section of Analytics with the Availability category expanded, listing its charts, including Machine Availability (%) with Goals and Availability (%) with Goals near the end of the list. The Availability (%) with Goals chart, with the Date Range, Machines and Group by filters at the top: yellow bars show availability per day, and a red line shows the availability goal for each day.

If you have trouble with availability goals or need help, contact your Customer Success representative or raise a support ticket from the app.
