# Create operators (https://docs.pulsarml.com/v1/api-reference/operators/post-operators)

Create one or many operators. The body is a JSON **array**, even for a single record.

Both `firstName` and `lastName` are optional, so a partially known operator can be created
now and completed later with a `PATCH`.
