Create operators

Create one or many operators. The body is a JSON array, even for a single record. Both firstName and lastName are optional, so a partially known operator can be created now and completed later with a PATCH.

Delete a nominal speed DELETE

Delete a machine/SKU speed configuration. With no nominal speed for a pair, there is nothing to compare actual output against for that combination.

Search operators POST

Search the operator roster, or page through it with `{}`. There is no combined name filter: `firstName` and `lastName` are separate fuzzy filters and combine with AND.
